New to Forum

Hello,

I'm a newish Neptunus owner (which may be obvious from the user name - sorry) located in Ireland; she's an old lady but well cared for over the years and I'm hoping we'll get on well over the coming years. Spending a bit of time at the moment refreshing woodwork, sealing windows, chasing cables - you know, the usual stuff between a new boat and a new owner. A question for the forum - I want to replace the rubbing rail (aluminium & rubber) around the hull, which has been crushed or broken in places; looks fairly easy to remove but I need a suitable replacement material; anyone have any ideas as to where I'd get this, especially in Ireland? Many thanks.

Welcome aboard.

Your local chandlery would be a good place to start looking. Even if they don't hold the right one in stock, they should be able to show you catalogues and order in for you.
