New to CF and to Sailing!

We've just bought a 23 ft wooden sailing boat, to do up and potter about on the water. We both did a RYA competent crew course in Gib two years ago and my husband did his Coastal Skipper. BUT both only been out once since then! It's our dream to cruise/liveaboard in five years. We plan to learn as much as we can between now and then. We live in Kent, England. Would love lots of Advice. Follow our progress on our blog Eldoret | Our Sailing Journey

She is absolutely beautiful! Congratulation on your new boat, happy sailing to you both. The website looks great, hope you keep taking pictures as you restore your vessel.
Cheers and welcome to Cruisers Forum

Aloha and welcome aboard!
Congratulations on the new to you boat. Her design looks much similar to the 26' Thunderbird in our Pacific Northwest. Fine sailing boats.
kind regards,
