Hi Everyone,

I just registered and found my first "Hello" didn't go through. Hope this goes through. Can't wait to connect with fellow sailors.

Or perhaps you are like me - I often hit the PQR (Post Quick Reply) button and have lost my connection while traveleing on the water. Then I lose the text in the box and have to start over.

Welcome - where are you from, what are your boating dreams?

Hi Everyone,

Being new to this site, I am still trying to work the bugs out (the ones in my head when it comes to computers). I am planning on leaving Lake Michigan in the early fall. My last boat was a 26 footer, which I sold some years ago. I am presently searching for another to fulfill my dream of living aboard a sailboat. I plan on going down the East Coast exploring until I find a desirable location to stay for as long as I want to stay. No agenda. I plan to work when I can find it to pay for the essentials, as I am not able to retire yet. I would love to connect with people who have either done the same, or are planning to. It would be nice to talk with people who don't think I'm nuts, although maybe I am- let me know that too.

Cruiseorbust, Very few participants on this forum would think your nuts. Your dream seems doable. Go for it.
Welcome,

John

pirate if you're nuts...

...can I join the club? I know very little but one thing I do know for certain landlubbing hasn't been as consistantly alive as the little time I have spent on the open water. best thoughts
