New Rookie Onboard

Hello all! I am in the process of acquiring my first boat- a Hunter 32. I have been swimming since age 3, canoeing since age 12, Kayaking since age 18, scuba diving since around age 22. I have been aboard a sailboat twice, loved it, and at 45 am finally going where my heart has always been- out on the water. I have two young daughters, and they rejuvenate me. I may be 45, but I don't look it, and I feel like 25 sometimes.
Gonna be sailing south soon and living aboard. I am joining some groups and am looking forward to being a part of this online community.
Happy boating everyone!

Welcome to the forum
"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: Wow - what a ride!"

Howdy Todd, Welcome Aboard CF!
Ahoy All Sailors! I love traditional sailboats of all kinds (e.g. gaff rigged, schooners, cutters, smacks, woodies, etc.). See my CF Profile "About Me" page for details.
