NEW MEMBER HELLO FROM CAICOS
Hello to All
Am long time boater, active from FL to Caicos, with extended time in Bahamas Spring-Summer. Am at Caicos, and wondering whether to try Cuba, od if leaving there in boat will be a serious issue with USCG. Anyone else done so since guidelines loosened?
