New Member: Hello, all!

New to this forum, but not to sailing! Hello to all!
We're getting ready to get our boat wet in Gulf of Mexico waters where she'll hopefully spend the rest of her days. Currently undergoing a major refit, bottom job, etc. She's a 1989 Catalina 42 Mark I. Very lightly used over the years, all in fresh water. Many upcoming plans to do a lot of custom work on her, and looking forward to Cruisers Forum as a resource and sounding board for our ideas. Also, would love to meet and socialize!
We're looking forward to active participation on this forum!

Rocky & Suzy

Aloha Rocky and Suzy,
Welcome aboard! I hope you really aren't spammy. I get enough mail as is. One of my favorite breakfast snacks is spam musubi.
I like Catalinas. Yours is really big though.
Kind Regards,
JohnL

thanks!

Thanks, guys, we appreciate the welcome messages!
JohnL, we are really not spammy in the sense of unwanted commercial messages . It's a long story for another time. Just think of that can of delicious luncheon meat!

Lancerbye knows that, by definition, one can never be "there" - and is, in fact, always "here".
WELCOME ABOARD - you're here !!!

And just to prove the exception to the rule, I am "there" (some kinda' white north).
