I am right around the corner from you, just relocated here myself (have owned a home here for years, just not lived here).

So far have been very impressed, lots of great little places to explore and near by places to go. I did find a local web site called SailingPensacola.com I see you have a motorvessel, but I am sure that a lot of the info in the local destinations section will be helpful.
