I'll even let you change the oil in my engine, rebuild a seacock, install a new joker valve in the head and if you're feeling really ambitious, you can help clean an oily bilge.

Of course in the spirit of being helpful I wouldn't charge you a cent for the privilege.
Nice Tom Sawyer, Capt. 58 Sailin'! chuckle, chuckle,

Welcome to CF! I would recommend a Cal, but I'm biased....

Hope to see you on the bay!

Re: New member and new sailor from SF Bay Area

Welcome!! Sailing the bay is so great. Glad to hear you are racing, too. It is a fantastic community. Let me know if you would be interested in a Yamaha 33. It has made several trips to Hawaii so is well suited for offshore sailing. I am not sure how she sails, but we could take her out, if you have some interest. Based on your post, I think you are already within shouting distance of the boat. Not sure what the asking price would be, but the owner would very much like to see it go to a woman sailor. Just PM me for more info. I'd be happy to talk with you more.

After much consideration of many factors, I got a 1967 Santana 22 today.
