Hello ya'll...My Name is Cliff a.k.a. chiefiredog. I am a Fire Chief in Georgia and just wanted to say hello and that I am looking forward to learning a lot from all you seasoned cruisers out there. I have a 26' Macgregor named "Wind Dancer" and have been sailing my own boat for the past three years. Please visit my page whenever and say hello. I love to make new friends and share life's lessons on and off the water. I would love to retire on a suitable cruising vessel and that is my dream that I will make that happen if at all possible . Meanwhile ,I am a cruiser in spirit and will enjoy as much sailing time as I can on the "Wind Dancer" until "Wind Dancer II" becomes a reality.Take care and fair winds always.

a.k.a. Chiefiredog

Ahoy and welcome. Of course, you can do some cruising stuff on the Mac; just so long as you don't bring up MacGregor sailing on Sailing Anarchy. Time on the water is good.

We went to Beaufort NC by boat last week and there were lots of Macgregors there - must have been a group out cruising.

We have seen several in the Bahamas.

Have fun and enjoy this great forum!
