New cruisers from the Canadian Gulf Islands

My wife and I live in Victoria British Columbi and sail a Crown 34 as much as we can. Our territory is basically anywhere in the Gulf Islands, San Juan Islands area.

Hi David,

We're from the south end of the San Jaun's (Port Gardner area). Hope to get up your way this Aug. We have family in Vanc. We got as far as Stuart Is. last fall but too much rain, kept us on the hook too long. It was the wife's first long cruise (2 weeks). We spent most of the time cruising around between the Islands.

With my brother & S-i-L. Us on our Crown 34, them on their Ericson 26. Maybe joined by another fellow on a Cal 29.

Not far from you at Hornby Is. In a frantic search for a boat to complete a 6 month tour through the Caribbean in December.

If we sell the farm soon enough I may get the boat down to your area later this year. If not it will be next year for sure.
