New boy with a question

Hello Cruisers & Sailing Forums, found this magnificent site by accident and thought I must join it. Thanks for having me.
Thinking of buying a 1984 MARTZCRAFT 35. Any comments appreciated.

Welcome aboard Gary,

What is a Martxcraft? Where was it made? How many were made? Where and What do you plan to do with the yacht?

Drinky, let me know what you find out. A little while ago I noticed an add in 'The Coastal Passage' magazine and have been trying to find more info, also.
