Hello all. I have some previous sailing experience, starting with plebe year at
Annapolis, but most of my sea time is on battleships or
oil tankers. I tried
day sailing in Galveston Bay during the mid-90s, but got away from it during some personal difficulties. I'm now at a point where I'm ready to try to get back into the
hobby passion obsession.
I'm
single, never married, and nobody else in my personal circle of acquaintances has sailing experience, so for the time being I'm looking to see what I can do singlehanded or perhaps as crew for someone else that might be interested. Ultimately I'd like to try ocean sailing and/or the Great Loop. Thanks for letting me participate here.
