Liveaboard marinas in Fort Lauderdale-Miami area

Hello cruising people,

Just wondering....are there any live aboard marinas around Fort Lauderdale-Miami that have quick access to the ocean, actual sailing? I'm finding many are a lengthy motor ride inland. What if (just an example) I get off work at 3pm and want to go out for a sail, but the boat is so far from actual sailing waters, I'd spend most my time motoring out and in.
Anyone have this dilemma?
Any advice appreciated.

This is a great place, across the street from a beach, lots of restaurants nearby and close to the ocean.

There are two marinas on the Dania Cutoff Canal in Dania. No bridges to the inlet. I lived at Royal Palm Marina for 10 years. I forget the name of the other one. Google will find it for you.

In Ft. Laud. There are many properties in the isles that rent space. About Twenty minutes from the ocean. All have pump outs at every dock space.
