Hi everyone! My name is JD, and I am new to sailing. I have had a few lessons, but I am still woefully under prepared for sailing on my own. As my user name implies, I am land locked in Wyoming but had a few areas I can still sail a bit nearby. My dream is to one day sail from Oregon, where I will be moving to in a few months, down to the Panama Canal, and then across the Atlantic and play over there for a while.

I look forward to getting to know you guys, and pestering you with many questions!
