Land lubber- yatch fancier saying hello.

Hello sail folk.

I'm Matt from the uk- yeah that really poor over taxed island lol

I joined to comment on a thread actually but found this place while looking for some information on sailing.
I run a landscape construction company - when I retire I'm looking to sail a little with Mrs Matt, been scouting around looking for some knowledge and info and it looks like I've found it :-)

I'm going to be asking tons of lame questions no doubt :-s but in return I am an expert in the following fields should anyone need to ask me anything ;-)
Air cooled volkswagens
KTM enduro bikes
Oh and of course - landscaping ha ha

Hi Matt.. Welcome to CF...
Don't wait till you retire.. there's loadsa cheap little trailer sailors from 15-19 feet in the UK... get one in the Autumn (cheaper) and start learning boats as you tart her up over the winter.
