Lady sailor wants to meet gentleman sailor

Hello:

I am an experienced sailor - both cruising and racing - I am getting ready to retire and I want to meet a gentleman that wants to share the cruising lifestyle. I am selling my current boat, a 35 ft trawler located in Italy, and I would like to start over again on a cruising sailboat that I can share with a "partner" who is experienced etc. Let me know if you or someone you know is interested. Ciao for now.

An oxymoron I hadn't heard, gentleman sailor :-)

Seriously we meet some singlehanders who are truly gentlemen. I hope you find the perfect co captain.

Best Thoughts Pam

I once did a trip Tortola to Miami; now 5 years later seems I was bitten by a bug that has had a gradual effect on my psyche and with no good reason not to I am planning a seabound home.
In 2010 I will be sail ready enough to pay out my hard earned dollars for a little boat out of Florida, Texas or thereabouts.
Staying close enough to people and safety while I learn her quirks (and more of mine) when I'm ready I'll then head out.
You folks seem real chatty; tho it may take me a couple of days to respond got a word or 2 for a neophyte.

Welcome Pam and nice to know there are some serious female loves of the life at sea. I think you will be successful in your dream and approach.

Check references! All sorts of them. Fair winds and following seas....

Hello onestepcsy37:

You can find all the details and photos of the trawler for sale at Marine Trader Classic Trawler used boat for sale. The Yacht Market online boat sales and charters.

Let me know what you think. Also, the price was just reduced to 79,000 euro.

Thank you for the suggestion. I just may try that. Boy, I sure did receive a lot of "warnings" -- guess it is very good advice.
