Kiwi family looking to lease to own to start our adventure

Hello everyone. We are a small family of three with a young son, 2 months, and we are looking to introduce my wife and son to the sea. Myself I have 45 years of sailing experience all around the world and I want to share that experience with my wife and son. We are looking for a vessel 38' or over and can be in need of refurbishment. Our dream is to experience life rich in diverse cultures and for our son to enjoy as he grows. If anyone is interested in a lease to own option please don't hesitate to get to know us better and we will accept all offers with terms that will make the seller comfortable and both parties walking away with fulfillment.
