Intention to purchase a river/canal boat upto 15m

Intention to purchase a river/canal boat upto 15m, for live aboard and cruising European canals and rivers. Must be in pristine condition, with low engine hours. Age max 20 years, min 2 cabins (1 double and one 2xsingle), bow thruster. Appreciate wider boat for continuous cruising in relative comfort. Single diesel engine is OK, as need economical engine for low speed cruising. Good budget for right candidate.

I am a new boater and therefore need something reliable, but again easy to handle.

Could also consider blue-sea boat from Spain, North-West Italy, Greece or Turkey.
