This weekend I will be provisioning the boat for a 3-1/2 month trip thru Indo, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Do you think I'll have any problems taking 10 cases of wine/booze or 40 kg's of beef/chicken thru those countys? All advice is greatly appreciated. Hope to see some of you down the wet road!

If the booze and chicken are for your own consumption why would it be a problem?
Better to check with their local laws before trying to export from the U. S. if that's what you intend.
