I Need Help!

I'm trying to help a friend of mine who needs to know about the following companies and their financial status, aswell as how easy it would be to purchase them. The following companies are: Bavaria, Beneteau and Jeanneau.
I think he needs to know for some sort of coursework ( it's urgent apparantly).
I don't know alot about boats, but I figured this would be the best place to find out.

If your friend is worried about a companies financial status, you would think he would know how to check stocks and financial status
