pirate I am not the anti-Christ, honest.

Hi group, I have been sailing and power bosting for the last 30 years. I have owned everything from a 1955 Chris Craft 25' Two-Sleeper Express to a Jet-14 racing dingy. In 2003 we sold everything and started cruising aboard our restored 1977 Cheoy Lee Clipper 36. Lost our engine in Charleston, SC where we wintered for three and a half months. I am presently in Deltaville, VA working at Worst(West) Marine for the discounts while I finish fixing our boat. I have sailed offshore racing sailboats and still do yacht deliveries in spite of sailing through the eye of Hurracaine Alex in the Gulf Stream off the coast of SC. We plan to move back on board this year after the rudder is rebuilt and take off for Europe.

And why, from your post, might we assume your favorite number is 666?

Welcome aboard.

I know it's a minor typo, 666, but you will indeed find some other "power boasters" in this Forum.

Again, welcome!

Welcome CLsailor,
Our plans are to move from sail to power one day. Not sure when - but as long as ones on the water and enjoying it - who cares!
Cheers
JOHN

Aloha CL,
Welcome aboard!! I'm a sailboaster myself. Been known to stretch the truth a little while telling "sea stories."
Hope you enjoy it on the forum. Great bunch of boasters both power and sail here.
Kind Regards,
JohnL

I know you are not the anti-christ because I married his sister.
