Howdy from Northern Michigan
I'm a 28 year old claims adjuster for an insurance company. I spent a ton of time on Lake Huron and Lake Michigan before "life" took over. Good fortune brought me back to my beginnings and the small harbors of Lake Huron this summer.
A few years back, a good friend and I dreampt up ProjectFiji. Since then it has been nothing more than a running pipe dream. Life took us in different directions, and sailing was the furthest thing attainable. Until I decided to buy a sandwich and go down to the harbor for lunch this summer. And thus, the desire to rebuild a sailing cat and circumnavigate the globe with those closest to me was refueled. ProjectFiji |

Ya gotta start somewhere when it comes to great adventures. The only thing holding you back will be the "adult" coming out of you. Don't listen too much. There's already too many adults around as our current financial situation suggests.
Have fun with your dreaming up new schemes to enrich your life!! |

Aloha Project,
Welcome aboard! Good to have you here with the rest of us crazy dreamers. I won't assume anything about your sailing experience but would suggest sailing lessons or getting a very small boat to practice sailing aboard if you don't have any experience. Kind regards, JohnL |

Just moved back below the bridge. Originally for West Branch, was a Yooper out of Iron Mountain (almost a cheesehead) until this summer, now in Grayling.

The colder it gets the more we'll start island dreaming. You should try chartering a boat from Baybreeze in TC. They used to have a cat, I'm not sure now. If your ever by Manistee, e-mail me. Good luck.
