Hi from sunny Qld

Hi all. I have been in yachting and trailer sailers since i was 14. After some 16 odd trailer sailers i finally bit the bullet and decided to buy a keel boat to retire on. I bought a 2008 Bavaria, three cabin model and currently getting the gear on board to go serious cruising. I am now 54 with a year of half serious work to go and then we move port from the Sunshine Coast to Townsville. Currently trying to sell my Mariner 31 flybridge cruiser, Blazer 31 yacht, 10 mtr berth at Tin Can Bay and my house. Hope to meet plenty of cruisers on our adventures.

Welcome aboard Graggles. Is Tin Can Bay still sleepy hollow (in comparison with surrounding ports and harbours)? I always loved the place, most underrated spot in Sth Qld IMO

Yep, still pretty well the same in town itself. Cooloola Village has sprung up and there is a shopping complex there now. Serenity (bavaria) is berthed at Mooloolaba marina. Tin Can Bay marina is the friendliest marina ihave been in.

Thats easy John. All of them. One after another. The first and least liked was the ts500 dennis. Then came a stack. I should have rated them but.........
