Hi from South Carolina

Howdy, everyone, just thought I'd introduce myself. Though I have many nautical people in my extended family (past and present), I myself have had precious little (like practically zero) experience with sailing and hardly any more time on boats of any kind.

I would like to change all that, though! I would really like to learn to sail.

I also work on some fiction projects from time to time and would like to learn more about sailing for that reason as well.

Thanks for having me aboard the forum!

Welcome aboard JTB.

I'm just up the road on Lake Norman.

Welcome aboard.

Jolly Roger, another CF member, is also a writer.

I suppose some of our posts might be considered fiction, too....

Ah yes, I've passed though there several times recently, I think. I-77 goes through there, right?

Quite all right, Ann T. Cate! We all do it sometimes, I reckon.

Glad to meet both of you.
