Hi from Ontario, Canada

Hi everyone,

I am sooooo happy to say that my fiance and i have just recently bought a 27ft C&C!!! We bought it on Ebay and actually got a really really good deal. It is in great shape for a 1972. We are very lucky!! Sailing has always been a DREAM of mine since i was young. I love the water and feel completely at peace.......when i'm sailing i feel like i have no other thoughts or cares....its amazing.
It will be in our driveway very soon and i can't wait to put it in the water.
I really didn't think we would manage to own a boat so soon! I believe this boat found US and it was meant to be!

Well, just wanted to introduce myself and say hi.
I have so far found the sailing community to be a WONDERFUL group of people who always help eachother out. That is soooo amazing.

Congrats on your new boat! Like you, we got our first boat on Ebay, and she served us well for several years. Ours was a bit smaller than yours, but we made it ours and she taught us a lot. Welcome to the forum and good luck with your new purchase!

Aloha and Welcome aboard!
Your enthusiasm is contagious so keep it up. Good to hear of another happy eBay customer. Lots of my boat gear has come from that source.
