Hi folks

Brand new ..grew up sailing around Tampa Bay. Spent a year cruising on a boat built by Uncle Will in Man o War Cay.Did a buch of the SORC back in the days.Owned a Morgan 25,30 and now a 41. Moved to the panhandle to get out of the crowds. The boat is at Shell Point. I look forward to interacting with you all and learning lots. Like in how in the world to get at my lift pump on my Perkins 4-154.My hampster refuses to get down in there .

G'day and welcome,
Can't advise on the pump access other than to develop the double jointed approach needed for most engine work - but guess you've got that far already.
Enjoy the site
JOHN

Welcome aboard. If you ever get to the lift pump you might want to change it to a remote mounted electric to prevent this in the future. Just a thought. Or hire a real skinny strong kid and supervise. lol

Aloha 4141,
Welcome aboard! Good to have you on the forum. You might put that question on separate thread just to see if you get more responses.
Hiring a very small gymnast with a background in mechanics?
Kind Regards,
JohnL
