Hi all! Help needed

Hi ive recently purchased a small boat. the keel is all fibreglass and the inside and top is tibmber. shes 13ft, ill post some pics, i only really bought her because i enjoy wood work and she needed lots of TLC, im not sure on make or model but maybe you could help when ive posted pics. she was a sailing boat but sadly has been converted into a rowing boat with a seagull engine :-S, anyways i would like to convert her back to a sailing boat but due to not knowing anything about this i am unsure of cost and what i need, i presume its rather exspenisve? anyone give me a rough estimate as to what these sort of boats go for in good condition and how much am i looking at to make her sail worthy again.
many thanks
steve
P.S sorry for my lack of boating knollege like i say im into woodwork but thought id ask the guys n gals tht would know

Boats are really just money sinks. You will do well if you recoup the cost of the materials you put in to it, let alone putting any value on your time.

Aloha Steve,

Welcome aboard!! Send us the photos. I'll give you suggestions.
I completely outfitted and got an 8 foot dinghy redone and sailing for $130 which included the purchase of a sail. I wasn't living in a heavily populated sailing area.
You can do it by just scrounging around boatyards and asking questions. Make certain you ask before ever taking anything that you think might be discarded.

Kind Regards,
JohnL
