Hi All - From Dallas, TX

Just bought a Bristol 22 and trying to find other bristol owners to share with. She is in good shape sitting in a slip at Lake Ray Hubbard. Not the ideal home for a boat of that caliber but she is close.(20 minutes) She is going to need a little work, but I am looking forward to it. Still she is in good shape for a 38 year old boat.
Hope to hear from "ya'll".
Danny

Danny,
Welcome to the forum, we have got a few Texans here check out our Texas social group too. Love the Bristols. I helped restore a 29.9 and thus started my deep respect for the bristol's design and workmanship.

Welcome to the board. Ray Hubbard may not be big, but there should be plenty to do. Working on the boat is half the fun. As I write my son and I are taking a break from rebuilding an old mahogany cruiser.

Aloha Danny,
Bristol 22 is a great boat. My friend Robert just met a fellow who sailed one from Australia to Hawaii. Another friend had one years ago and can't stop talking about it.
Kind regards,
JohnL
