Hi all, my name is julie and husband is chris, we have been browsing on here for a while and now we have a start of a plan we would love your help and expertise for us to gather as much information as possible, we are British but have lived in Saskatchewan canada for 12 years. My hubby has just registered to so he will be introducing himself as well.

My Canadian geography is a bit vague but isn't Saskatchewan kind of far from the ocean? Maybe that's part of the plan you're working on.

Haha yes it's very far but we are selling the house (hopefully it will sell). We plan to go to Vancouver.

Its a crusing group called the "American Great Loop Cruising Association " lots of info about cruising the America and Canadian canal and river system . If new to sailing and cruising a great source of info. Most people dont know about the Loop. Its a great safe way to travel by boat. I just wanted to pass along information that I found helpful.
