Cool! We bassists turn up in the strangest places. In the lab where I work, there seems to be an overabundance of musicians in general in the mechanical tech and engineering area, and a number of those are/were bassists. Never heard of the site. Will check it out when I'm beyond dial-up. (Sort of takes all the fun out of surfing.)

Well, need to say 'bye' for now, so my dinner date can call me.

Hey, I like the looks of your boat. Looks faster than mine. Let's race. Just ship it over here to Hawaii. We can sail anytime.
My wife's from just East of the quad cities and remembers the winters. Guess that's why she likes Hawaii during the winter. So do her visiting relatives. I grew up in the mild weathered Oregon which is tropical compared to Illinois.
Right now house prices are cheap here.
Have a happy thaw.
