Hey friends Hi from Jim

I'm sailing the coast of America and have found the forum for a resource and to serve as one.

Hey, Jim,

Welcome aboard, from Jim and me.

Just curious, which country's coast are you cruising, and N, S, E, W?

Re: Hey friends Hi from Jim

Jim, I saw from another thread that your trying to make it up the pacific coast in you 26 footer, and that you got turned back in upper Cali. Your trying to make it to the Salish Sea.
If you get to the Columbia next year, come in to Warrenton and get a bite to eat and some recover days. What your doing is tough, but you can rest in a few ports. I make the trip to the San Juans every July-August and back home in September. We can buddy boat if the schedule works with yours. And I can show you where to anchor and where to eat in Astoria

Thanks to everyone for the welcome! Would love to buddy boat in august. I'm planning on heading north from San Diego in July. I definitely plan to come into the Columbia for respit. I don't think I can get there till about Aug 15-20. For now I'm heading south from San Francisco to San Diego at the end of the month to work for the winter. The
