Hey Everyone!

Hey there,

Been reading here off and on for a while, wife and I just bought a nice 38' trimaran and plan to retire in a couple of years, take the kids and travel the world in it. I'm sure that is said here a thousand times a day.

Until then we plan to take the boat out as much as we can and learn as much as we can as well as fixing her up a little and getting her prepped. We're relatively new to sailing, have some experience with smaller boats (22'), my wife has the ASA 101.. So until we are ready to leave we have lots and lots to learn, hopefully we can pick some of that up here.

Re: Hey Everyone!

Aloha and welcome aboard!
Good to have you here. If you can squeeze in sailing 101 for you and the kids too before getting underway I'd recommend it. There are some good classes taught by the USCG Auxiliary that are very cost effective as well but they don't get you out on the water.
kind regards,
