Hello Y'all

New sailor, old boater here. Moved to Long Beach CA a couple of years ago and got stuck here, ( a long story). Bought an old steel sailboat and decided that if we were going to move back home to Forida, it would be by water. So, we just got the boat so we can use her and feel good about it, and the training is on. We will leave CA in 2012. Should be plenty of time to get ok @ sailing and we are going to push off. Still need to find a liveaboard marine, (next to impossible here), so we can start saving our funds. We will take a year off for our cruise and see how it goes. I already know, I will not want to come back to land. Any advice or input on how much is actually costs to cruise would be appreciated. Trying to set up some type of budget..
Thanks guys!!
