Hello y'all

Howdy to everyone . My name is John (JOMO)from Dallas Texas. My partners and I have purchased a Benateau 510 Oceanis (Pananche II) and will be spending this season in the BVI . And next year begin moving down islands. I have been sailing most my life I am a memeber of the Ft. Worth Boat Club ... one of the oldest yacht clubs in Texas. I am active in racing . We race the J105 .. I have raced J109, J24,Macgregor 65, hOBIE 33, AND ID35 .. Headed back down to BVI December 14 for the holidays and more ... I am sure I will be presenting questions to this forum about upgrades we will adding to the boat ...
Best Regards ... JoMo

Re: Hello y'all

Thanks for the greeting Ann .. I reviewed you link about partnerships ... interesting ... we have all raced together for many years and know each other s quirks ... we do have a simple agreement in place and have purchased the boat within a corporate structure . It has been well thought out and we are all looking forward to our time sailing together . Best regards JoMo ..

Re: Hello y'all

Welcome to CF Jomo!!!

Sounds to me like you are more of an asset to CF with your experience...

There's also a ton of "ya'll-er's" here on CF... Folk from the the secession ready territories....
In the harsh marine environment, something is always in need of repair...

Mai Tai's fix everything...

Re: Hello y'all

Howdy and welcome aboard!

That Bene would be a nice boat to have anywhere, but the BVIs sounds very good to me!

Y'all have fun!

Ahoy All Sailors! Need Crew for a long voyage either coastal, ICW, or across an ocean in 2016-2017? I am available. See my CF Profile "About Me" page for details. Happy to lend a hand!
