Unhappy

Hi,everybody,
I'm a newbie to the site, trying to find my way around and seeing what it can do for me and, for others once I,ve got the hang of it.Its winter in New Zealand right now so not much sailing going on.
I'm dreaming of upgrading to something like a 34 to 36 footer,up from my current immaculately restored 1960's 28ft classic, which has been up for sale for a few months now, with no bites.I've seen the ideal boat for sale in Auckland, but can't proceed until my boat is sold. Its a Beneteau 370 and is a real bargain price as it has to sell this month. How really frustrating is that:

Aloha and welcome aboard!
I guess nearly all of us would not be here on this forum if we didn't find the charm of the sea. Did you write the article or are you drawing our attention to it?
kind regards,
