Thanks Skiper,
I used to own and sail a cascade 29. sail up the inside passage and to the alution islands several times on her. Plan to head to Hi next yr. Have a few things to finish up on the Prairie. Have sail a lot around the islands when I lived in Kona.

Re: Hello, Prairie 32

Hello pnvalen and topgallant,

I'm looking at a prairie 32 to buy and would love to have the plans to look at and mill over. Is there any chance either of you still have a picture/email of those plans?
If so that would be great. Or if anyone on this post had the plans that would be a big help! Thanks everyone!

My email is cobybenson@msn.com

Re: Hello, Prairie 32

Nice cooperation there, guys... CF wins again!

But I have long wondered what in the world lead someone to name a potentially blue water cruising boat a "Prairie 32"? Boggles my mind!

Good luck with the data search.

Jim

Re: Hello, Prairie 32

Did you just bought it from someone who sail all those exotic places.?
Those type of boat where made in Florida Clearwater .He made 36 of them but you could at the time buy it as a kit at different stage .It was to bring the sport to more people ,make it more affordable. That type of boat are very solid and true worldly .Little slow but can take very heavy sea .(as long as the capitaine know is limit) .I love the boat but I like more performances. The shallow draft make it excellent for the caraïbe.To my experience the cockpit is very uncomfortable .But as a oldies iOS worth it for what you will pay for it .
