Hello Hello !

Hi my Names Robert Hudson and im a new member to this forum..

I am from Australia and im currently travelling through Sth America and in a couple of months i will be in Colombia.. Once there i hope to sail to Jamaica and from there visit other places like Cuba, Haiti and Guadaloupe. Possibly others to, my plans are pretty loose..

I stumbled upon this site whilst trying to find prices to travel by boat through the Carribean and decided that working in exchange for transport could be a possible option..

So, If anyone has any advice or suggestions for me i would love to hear them.. I dont have any experience Boating but i am a hard worker and a quick learner and am also easy to get along with..

Cheers, happy Boating!

Re: Hello Hello !

GordMay,
It is not about time or money, but knowledge or the lack of it. Can you help me out? I am a newbie here and can not find to post my meet and greet entry.

Do I just reply to a non message (seems a strange way to get started) or what am I missing?
Thanks

Hi.. Welcome to CF..
Best option here is to go to the Crew Forum/Threads and post a Crew Available ad stating your location and preferred destination then wait for response's..
http://www.cruisersforum.com/forums/f30/index2.html
Also keep an eye open on the Crew Wanted section as ad's for crew pop up daily.. then its all down to luck and how well you can sell yourself..
Good Luck..
