Hello from the UK

Having joined in the forum in 2009, think it is about time that I posted something here!

I am Stewart, from Scotland but now living in on the S coast of England and missing W coast sailing badly.

We are going to be pushing off next year for a tour - probably in the Caribbean but with aspirations for the Pacific. Lou, the better half has agreed to 2 years; I am working on more....

Expect the volume of posts and questions to go up as our day of escape approaches!

Hi Stewart
where in the south are you?
There is some reasonable sailing in the South west and wales.

I am based at Andover and have been doing most of my sailing on the Solent. Haven't sailed coastal waters west of Weymouth or s of the isle of man so don't know your area at all. I'd love to visit the welsh coast.

Hi Stewart & Lou,

We visited your country back in 2003 and we got very, very well treated by Scots. We wish you guys all the best in your adventure!
