Thumbs up Hello from the Gold Coast, Australia

Hi......

New to this forum and the cruising life. The skipper (read partner) is currently looking to acquire another yacht. We are planning to live onboard leading up to cruising next winter. We are a new couple. The skipper lived on board his last vessel and is pretty with it when it comes to the whole sailing thingy. I'm the newby. Even though I grew up in and around yachts (father's passion), I have never lived on one. I am really looking forward to the experience. Hoping to pick up lots of tips and advice from this great forum.

Cheers

Savannah....

Thanks Erika, John and JohnL (popular name around these shores).

It could take a little while yet to find the right boat Erika. The skipper has an extremely keen eye and knows pretty much to within an inch, what he's looking for. Basically fast and comfortable and well priced....yep might take awhile....LOL

Like your blog swagman, looking fwd to checking in for a squizz from time to time. I'm intending to get a blog happening to document our stuff. Just looking for the right site.

Thanks for the search link Skipr, that's going to come in mighty handy.

I took a Facebook quiz recommended by a friend the other day called 'What famous or infamous woman in history are you?'. It came back with the pirate Anne Bonney, I could be well suited to the salty life!!!!
