Hello from Texas

We discovered CF a few weeks ago and have enjoyed reading many posts on many subjects. I sailed some in college and met my wife at a sailing party. We've been landlubbers for many years but in the last couple of years have rediscovered the water. We're on our second daysailer in as many years. We've taken ASA courses 101, 103, and 104 and have started to do bareboat charters out of Kemah. Our plan is to do more of these across many itineraries. In a few years, we plan on buying our own blue water boat. But, first we're looking forward to the education we'll receive from such friendly and capable folks as you.

A week ago, I was at Kemah/Seabrook, TX on a business trip. I had dinner at SaltGrass steakhouse, overlooking the bay. Now, you tell me!! Mauritz

Hi, Teknav.

I like the boat you've listed. I fly rental C172's (private pilot, VFR, ASEL). That's where I first learned my ded reckoning skills. I'm looking forward to applying those skills on the water.
