Hello, from St. Augustine, Florida . . .

...ok, I'm actually in Palm Beach, at the Town Docks, on the yacht I work aboard. But my home, girlfriend and sailboat are there, and I'll be back there in a few days.
We are refurbishing(more like rebuilding) my 1978 Cheoylee Offshore 38, on stands in my backyard. Hoping by this time next year to have Mosaic in the water for some preliminary living aboard. We would love to hear from anyone passing through here, or any sailors we could sail with locally, or any CL owners, in general. Beyond that we're also here on this forum to have a good time, meet some folks and learn a few things that we'd forgotten, thought we knew, maybe never knew, or damn well better know. Smooth sailin' y'all!!
