Hello. Yep, I am landlocked in Ohio. But I am dreaming of sailing.

A suspect a few years on here, a lot of sailing lessons, and overcoming a huge learning curve will do me just fine.

Ohio is far from land locked. You are the north coast of the US. I sailed out of Lakeside YC in Cleveland for 18 years. We will sail past there in the spring on the way to the Carib. Currently on the west coast of Michigan.
