Hello from Grand Bend, Ontario, Canada

This is my first post. I'm the Secretary/treasurer of Scorpio Yachts Inc. We designed a boat for ourselves that took eight years before we got it the way we want it. It's currently in the shop having refrigeration added as well as setting it up to take to the North Channel, Lake Huron. We're planning to start our vacation possibly as early as this weekend.

What drew me here was the marine navigation software...needed to check out what others are using. I was very disappointed with the documentation that came with PC Planner and have uploaded DigiBoat's SOB, but I may use additional software. I highly doubt I'll be staying with PC Planner because it doesn't integrate with my chartplotter.

Beautiful day here in my resort village of Grand Bend. It's currently 24C (80F) and slightly overcast. Winds NW 14Km/h (8 m/h)...too bad our boat is in the shop...it's a perfect day for sailing.

Aloha Canuck,
Welcome Aboard!! It was only a bit warmer here and I took a Sunfish out sailing. Very nice. Still working on the big boat.
I'm certain you'll have lots of input on your software questions.
Kind Regards,
JohnL
