Thanks again for your kind regards. I am learning how to sail in the ICW. I have joined a nonprofit sailing club here in Daytona Beach. It is called Halifax Sailing Association. I have taken classes for sunfish, Capris, and finally basic keelboat sailing. I have enjoyed learning as I go. I will post a link to the club Facebook page below if anyone is interested. I look forward to having a boat of my own eventually. The club has allowed me to take charge of an Irwin 23, which I sail in the ICW. I am now helping others get the chance to sail. It is an ongoing process which I hope will lead to longer sails and meeting many more friends.
It looks like we are within a days sail of each other brutb. Perhaps one day I can take a sail down to the Cape Canaveral area. So far I have not ventured south of Ponce Inlet. That looks to be about half way.
