Hello from Calgary, Alberta

Just saying a quick hello to everyone My husband and I (Age gap 1 ) are looking forward to being on a boat and getting away from civilization for as long as possible.

We have been through a lot the last past months and we have just had it with civilization! It will be my husband my self and our 7 month old son. My husband and I are excited to embark in this new adventure :-)

Welcome AG2... Leaving life on shore for the Cruising Life is a move to a more Civilised Society.... Your leaving behind the cut throat Barbarians.....lol.
Also its a great environment for a child to grow up in...
Hope we can be of help with any questions etc.... lotsa skills and brains in here... excluding me...

Civilization? In Calgary?

Sorry, I lived in Edmonton for 10 years and they taught me to say things like that. Now that I live in BC I'm much better now :-)

Best wishes!

G'Day and like the others, welcome to both the site and the mindset.

Always great to hear from someone actually putting dreams into reality - just be sure to share it with others via the site as you go forward.

On, on. Sail safe and enjoy.
