Hello from Ardell & S/V Catalyst

My wife Maureen and I began sailing in 1992 when we purchased a 40 foot Skoocum. We sailed to SE Alaska for the Summer, back to Puyallup, WA and down the coast to Mexico where we spent the next 5 years.

In March of 05 I purchased "Catalyst" a Nor'sea 27 and departed on my solo circumnavigation May 7 05. I sailed by way of South Africa and Panama making the circle in 14 months 24 days.

Look forward chatting with you
