We are in the prep stage for becoming live aboards. One of our quandries is...........we are preping the bottom and aren't sure which bottom paint is most effective. I would appreciate some input.

The effectiveness of the bottom paint depends on the local conditions: some paints that are very good in one area get covered by barnacles and kelp one hundred miles away.

You should ask your neighbors if they are happy with their paint, and which one they use.
