Currently commuting between Oxford UK and Aegina Greece
. 10 years ago I bought a Bertram 42 aft cabin
1980's vintage which had travelled from Mexico
and spent only 300 hours at sea. Since then she has ferried us around the Greek Islands
whilst I have systematically updated all of the systems. Over that time I have come to trust the Bertram hull
completely and appreciate the Detroit diesels 671TI's. She may not look like a Bertram anymore but she still has the pedigree. Best of all she has given us endless adventures and laughter, some of which can be found in my latest book
A BERTRAM THE AEGEAN AND TWO VIRGINS author Jon Burrows
Available from Amazon Kindle, Smashwords, and IBooks.
If you don't laugh your socks off I'll give your money
To my American pals I hope to share a beer
with you soon.
