Hello Everyone !

Hi guys and gals,
I have only been sailing for five years, but am loving every minute of it! I am currently redoing the deck of Mary Jean - a Kirby 25. Any and all advice will be appreciated so that come springtime she is ready for the water!
Ciao!
Brock

Thanks for the welcome,
In the past I sailed out of the Edmonton Yacht Club in Alberta Canada - about as far away from the coast as you can get - at least it feels that way some times...

Aloha and welcome aboard!
Until you posted I don't remember ever seeing a Kirby 25. Great looking boat.
What deck project are you doing, major or minor?
kind regards,

Thanks, it has been a fun boat. Perfect for a day sailer, pretty fast too with the right skipper!

the work is nothing too major, just a new coat of paint. I would like to do more, but this will do for the next couple years. The boat is very solid, just needs a little TLC.
Ciao,
Brock
