Hello everyone

Just joined the group today but my husband and I have been sailing for many years and have lived aboard our Bayfield 32c for 10 years on Lake Ontario. Glad to be aboard this group and look forward to picking up some tips in our never ending adventures (aka work) on board.

welcome aboard

Glad to hear from a live aboard.

My husband and I are within striking range of the same lifestyle - different location. Hopefully we'll be cruising the Bahamas and Caribbean before too long.
Just need to buy a boat - keep paying for boat surveys for boats that flunk the test.

Welcome Sailor.mo - you and your husband will no doubt find much good advice (and be able to share much of your own) here. As the previous owner of a Bayfield 32 I have some experience with your boat; as a fellow resident (for the next year) of the north shore of Lake Ontario, I can also imagine the difficulties of living on her year round in this climate. Kudos to both of you for your dedication and determination.

Aloha Sailor.mo,
Welcome aboard! There seem to be quite a few forum members up in your area. Good to have you here with your experience.
Kind regards,
